We have a nice selection of French presses, viewed by many as the only way to brew coffee. Using a French press not only allows accurate time and temperature for the grind you are using, it also allows you to retain the oils that drip paper filters take out. These oils can be significant in the flavor of the coffee. Make sure to ask for a courser grind when using one of these if you don't grind your own!!
