We start with the best beans available from all over the world. Our beans are Specialty Grade, chosen by flavor as well as being the best quality beans. This is what Specialty Grade is all about! Most people think of Premium Grade being the best, it is not. Specialty Grade coffee is.

We will never buy inferior beans, just to have a particular origin available. If they are not of the best quality, we will not purchase them.......PERIOD!

Our roasted coffee is packaged in 1 Pound(16 ounces), or 12 ounce bags, our green beans are packaged in 1 lb, 5 lb, or 10 lb bags for your convenience.

To maintain freshness, our coffees are packed in sealed bags with a one way valve to let CO2 out and keep oxygen from getting in. After opened, our 1 lb bags are ZipLoc style, recloseable for your convenience.
